Our rates are based on the number of movers needed for your move. The total cost depends on the size of your move, travel time, truck requirements, and any specialty items.

How far in advance should I book my move?
A few weeks in advance. However we do offer last minute and same day moves.
What size truck do you use?
We have multiple trucks. Our largest being a 26ft box truck.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, and any type of card. However, There is a 3.5 percent fee attached with it.
Can you move large or heavy items like safes, pianos or gun safes?
Yes we have experience with all three.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Of course. It is important to note that assembling and disassembling takes time. Which ultimately affects your final bill.
What happens if something gets damgaged during the move?
We take every precaution to protect your belongings. We are insured and will work with you to address any damage that occurs during the move.
Do I have to be present during the move?
We recommend it, but if you can’t be there the entire time, make sure someone you trust is present to direct our team and sign off at a completion.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Duffle Bag Movers is fully licensed and insured to operate in California. Your belongings are protected from the moment we arrive.
How do you protect my furniture during the move?
We wrap furniture in moving blankets and stretch wrap, and secure everything with straps inside the truck so nothing shifts in transit.
Do I need to empty dressers before you arrive?
For best results, yes—especially for heavy dressers. Lighters dressers with clothing inside are usually fine, but we recommend removing anything fragile or valuable.

We serve Southwest Riverside County including Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Winchester, Canyon Lake and Corona.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We charge by the hour. Our rates includes two movers and a 26 foot box truck. We’ll give you an estimated time range based on your home size and distance before we start.
Do you move appliances?
Yes. We move washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other appliances. Let us know what you have when booking so we bring the right equipment.
